Wailea Beach

Our hotel was next door to Wailea Beach. It probably has the softest sand of any beach we visited on the island. It wasn't crowded at all the first few days. Eventually a few more people arrived, but it never felt "crowded".

The Beach actually fronts the Grand Wailea. They don't take Marriott points, so it wasn't really an option for this trip.

When standing chest-deep in the water, you could look straight down and see your feet and the sand.
