We put in an offer today! I did not expect to actually find something so quickly, but I went looking with Roberta, our realtor, this weekend and we happened upon a beautiful home! I am not sure that we will get it, but we put in the first offer as the listing agent showed it to us before he entered it in MLS. I will post a few pics if I can figure out how to do this...
